Mountain Mama 100% guarantees every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with anything you purchase from us, just return it. We'll happily exchange it, give you a refund, or credit you for another purchase. We're proud of our innovative, Made in the USA maternity clothing. And we guarantee you're going to love it, too!

No Hassle Returns and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return the product to us for repair, replacement, refund, or credit. All garments can be returned for a full refund if returned in an unworn and unwashed condition within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, garments that fail to perform to your expectations may be returned for exchange or store credit. We cannot accept, for return or exchange, any garment that has been laundered contrary to the care instructions. If you damage a garment through wear and tear, we'll be happy to repair it at a reasonable charge.

Mountain Mama accepts returns and exchanges through the mail.  You can use the Eco-Enclose Mailer in which your order arrives to ship your return or exchange.  Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Please allow three weeks for turnaround, including shipping.

Please tell us if you would like an exchange, repair, credit or refund. For a refund, please return the item within 30 days of purchase and provide a copy of your receipt; without a receipt we will issue a credit toward future purchase. When returning any item(s), be sure to include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like us to do. Mountain Mama cannot replace packages lost during return shipment. 

We cannot accept, for return or exchange, any garment that has been laundered contrary to the care instructions.  

Sale Price Policy

If an item you purchase from www.mountain-mama.com goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, we'll gladly refund the difference as long as your purchase is the same product number, size, and color as the sale item. Just send an email to christine@mountain-mama.com with the confirmation number for your purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 days to post to your account. Sale prices may not be combined with any other promotions or coupon codes. If a coupon code is entered while a sale is on, we will honor the lowest of the two prices. Purchases made after a sale ends are not eligible for a price adjustment. Items purchased from independent retailers should be returned to the shop where they were bought.
