Mountain Mama Returns Assistance can save you a trip to the post office, and make returns even more hassle free! If you are shipping a return from the U.S. and using the Eco-Enclose mailer to ship your return, we can email you a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping costs can be charged to the credit card used for your original purchase. You can choose whether or not to insure the package, but we highly recommend insurance as we cannot replace lost or damaged packages, even if we help facilitate the return. We always pay the shipping on any item we send to you as an exchange.
Tracking Your Order
We provide a tracking number for every order we ship, so you can follow its progress. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email to the address you provide when placing your order. In the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge.
